• For legal or regulatory reasons
• Following extended inactivity (24 months)

Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining deposit balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to fraud, all balances may be forfeited.

Fortune777 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• 30 days' notice will be given for significant changes
• Notice will be given via email or in-platform notification
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account
